In the event you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE), that is unworn and has the original packaging and tagging intact, within 30 days Of the invoice date. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.
Shipments of wrong sizes, colours, or styles, will be accepted for exchange providing they are in the original packaging and have not been soiled, damaged, or altered in any way.
Returns for final sale or discontinued merchandise are not permitted and will be refused.
- Apply for your Return Authorization Number (RA). eSmartr requires a RA number for all returns, which will be provided from our Customer Service Representative. Please make sure to label your return clearly with the RA number provided. eSmartr reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.
- Ship your return to the eSmartr address on your RA number authorization.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a payment credit will be applied to your credit card, or original form of payment, within 2 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 business days for the credit to be reflected on your credit card records.
