Between winning gold at the Olympics and a championship with the Milwaukee Bucks, Jrue Holiday has had one heck of a year!  We caught up with the newly-ringed point guard to see how he’s finding his focus this season. We played some one-on-one, then talked some one-on-one. We’ve learned a lot about the athlete, and wanted to share with you ten things you probably didn’t know about Jrue Holiday in this rapid-fire video. Enjoy!

Who is your favorite DC super hero?

My favorite DC super hero has to be Batman.

Who’s your favorite musician?

My favorite musician… Jimi Hendrix.

Your favorite 2K player?

I used to play 2K, and when I played 2K, I played with myself. I have kids now, so I can't play as much, but, I'm playing as myself. I'm my favorite player. I mean, should I not be? Growing up, though, you made your own player, and he was 7’1, and you made yourself—I don't have to make myself. I'm already in the game!

All-time favorite sneaker?

Kobe 4s. Nothing like them.

What other sports did you play growing up?

Besides basketball, I grew up playing soccer, I played baseball, I played football, I did, like, a little bit of, like, roller hockey, out front—I used to live in a cul-de-sac—I ran track, I pretty much did everything besides, like, tennis and golf.

If you weren’t in the NBA, what would Jrue Holiday be doing?

If I wasn't in the NBA, I think I'd do something with sports, and maybe the youth. I love being around kids, I love the youth and how innocent they are, but at the same time, I love attention to detail, so maybe coaching, coaching kids the right way, of how basketball is really supposed to be played.

Who’s the best out of the Holiday brothers?

Do you want the political answer or the real answer? We're all different. My older brother, he can shoot the hell out of the ball, and defend, and then my little brother can also defend, he can shoot and get to the basket, so maybe it's him! You know, the youngest one, they always say that they're the best, so maybe it's him.

The real answer, I have to say, is me. I don't think anybody's better than me.

Do you play any musical instruments?

Do I play any musical instruments? A little bit, a little guitar, I played piano growing up, I was also in the orchestra growing up, so I played the percussion, which is, like, xylophone, timpani, triangles, stuff like that. A little bit.

Donda or CLB?

I'm a fan of CLB. Donda I like, but I couldn't get through the whole album. CLB, it’s just a vibe to me, and that's my type of music.

What’s your all-time starting five?

Michael Jordan—duh. Kobe Bryant—duh. Hey, I'm a Lakers fan, Shaquille O'Neal. LeBron James. And then me. And if not me, Steph Curry, 'cause he's insane. But probably me.
